Now you can collect the Norton Cleaner app logs from within the app and submit them to our Support.
Open Norton Cleaner.
Tap ☰ Menu (the three lines) in the top-left corner of the main app screen and tap Settings.
Tap Send a log report.
If you received a Support Case ID from us, type it in, provide a brief description of your problem, and tap Send.
Select your preferred email application such as Gmail or Outlook. Add any comments that may help, such as steps to reproduce the problem, information on when exactly the problem occurs, etc., and tap the send icon .
The log reports are sent.
Open Norton Cleaner.
At the bottom of the main Norton Cleaner screen, tap Settings > About.
Tap ⋮ More options (the three dots) in the top-right corner and tap Send device logs.
You will be redirected to the iOS email app with the device logs attached. If you received a Support Case ID, type it in the email body. Type a brief description of your problem, and add any comments that may help, such as steps to reproduce the problem, information on when exactly the problem occurs, etc.
In the top-right corner, tap the send icon, and tap the send icon to submit the device logs.
The log reports are sent.
