You can collect the Norton Family for Android logs from within the app and submit them to Norton Support.
Logging feature is available only in Norton Family 7.1 or later. Make sure that you have the latest version of Norton Family for Android installed.
From the Home screen, launch Norton Family app in Child Mode.
In the top-left corner, tap the child avatar, and then tap Report an Issue.
If the device is locked due to Time Supervision settings, tap the Menu option to open the side menu.
Next to Enable Debug Logs, move the slider to turn it on.
Reproduce the problem with Norton Family that you want to report to Norton Support.
Once the problem is reproduced, repeat line 1 through 3, and then tap the Send Email option.
Select your email application.
Send the email to nfandroid.support@gendigital.com. Add any comments that may help, such as:
Steps to reproduce the problem
When exactly the problem occurs
Case number (from Norton Support)
