Reporting a junk or scam phone call to Norton using Norton 360 mobile app

The Safe Call feature lets you send suspicious phone call details to Norton for evaluation.

The Safe Call feature is available as part of the following plans that include Scam Protection Pro: Norton 360 with LifeLock plans (US only), Norton 360 Advanced, Norton 360 Platinum (Australia and New Zealand version only), Norton Mobile Scam Defense, and Norton 360 Plus for Mobile.

  1. Open the Norton device security app on your iOS or Android device.

  2. At the bottom of the Norton 360 app main screen, tap Menu, and tap Safe Call.

  3. In the Call History section, tap the call you want to send for review.

  4. Tap Report and select one of the following options to specify the call category: Junk, Scam, or Regular.

A false positive occurs when your Norton 360 app incorrectly detects a legitimate phone call as suspicious. To report a false positive, ensure that you select the Regular option. If the false positive still occurs, then contact Member Services & Support for the next steps.

  5. Specify the call type based on the category you selected, and tap Submit.

You have now sent the suspicious phone call details to Norton for evaluation.
