To fix the server error issue, do the following:
Connect to a different Internet connection.
If you are connected to the Internet using a Wi-Fi connection, switch to a mobile data connection and vice versa.
If the device that you use can be connected only through a Wi-Fi connection, set up a hotspot on another device and try to connect your device.
From the home screen, tap and hold on to the Norton 360 app icon, and then move it to the Uninstall option at the top.
In the confirmation alert, tap Ok to remove the Norton 360 app from your device.
Restart your device.
On the Home screen, tap and hold on to the Norton 360 icon until it jiggles.
In the top-left corner of the app icon, tap the X icon to delete it.
Tap Delete to confirm.
Restart your device.
On your device, launch the Google Play Store or Apple App Store app and search for the Norton 360 app.
Depending on your device do the following on the Norton 360 app screen:
If you have an Android device, tap Install.
If you have an iOS device, tap GET or the download icon .
When the installation finishes, tap Open.
Read and accept the License and Services Agreement, acknowledge our Global Privacy Statement, and then tap Sign in.
Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In.
