This article is intended to help you resolve Autofill errors that you may encounter while using Private Email in Norton AntiTrack.

To fix this issue, check if one of your real emails is set to default in the Settings page under the Private Email dashboard. To check if one of your real email is set to default, follow the steps:
Launch Norton AntiTrack.
Click Go to Dashboard on the bottom-left corner of the screen.
On the Dashboard page, click Settings in the top-left corner of the screen.
On the Settings page, next to Set Default Real Email, check if any of your real emails are present.
If the issue persists, refresh the browser page and try again. Also, restart your browser and check if the Norton AntiTrack icon shows up. Follow the steps to restart your browser:
On your browser, click the Close icon on the top-right of the screen.
Launch the browser again.
If the issue is still not resolved, uninstall and reinstall the Norton AntiTrack extension from your browser.
Launch Google Chrome.
Click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
In the pop-up that appears, hover over Extensions and click Manage Extensions.
In the Extensions page, navigate to Norton AntiTrack and click Remove.
In the confirmation screen, click Remove.
Launch Microsoft Edge.
Click the Settings and More icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
In the pop-up that appears, click Extensions and then click Manage Extensions.
On the Extensions page, under Norton AntiTrack, click Remove.
In the confirmation screen, click Remove.
Launch Mozilla Firefox.
Click the Open applications menu icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
Click Add-ons and themes.
On the Extensions page, next to Norton AntiTrack, click the three-dots icon and click Remove.
In the confirmation screen, click Remove.
Launch your Safari browser.
Click Safari on the top-left corner of the screen and click Settings.
In the screen that appears, click Extensions from the right-side of the screen.
On the Extensions page, next to Norton AntiTrack, click Uninstall.
Launch Norton AntiTrack app.
Click Manage Browsers on the left side of the Norton AntiTrack screen.
On the Manage Browsers screen, next to Google Chrome, click Enable Protection.
On the Chrome Web Store, next to Norton AntiTrack, click Add to Chrome.
In the pop-up that appears, click Add Extension.
Launch Norton AntiTrack app.
Click Manage Browsers on the left side of the Norton AntiTrack screen.
On the Manage Browsers screen, next to Microsoft Edge, click Enable Protection.
On the Edge Add-ons screen, next to Norton AntiTrack, click Get.
In the pop-up that appears, click Add Extension.
Launch Norton AntiTrack app.
Click Manage Browsers on the left side of the Norton AntiTrack screen.
On the Manage Browsers screen, next to Mozilla Firefox, click Enable Protection.
On the Firefox Add-ons screen, next to Norton AntiTrack, click Add to Firefox.
In the pop-up that appears, click Add.
Launch Norton AntiTrack app.
Click Manage Browsers on the left side of the Norton AntiTrack screen.
On the Manage Browsers screen, next to Safari, click Enable Protection.
On the Safari Extensions screen, next to Norton AntiTrack, click Get.
If the issue is still not resolved, uninstall and reinstall Norton AntiTrack.
Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
In the Run dialog box, type in the following text, and then press Enter:
appwiz.cpl
In the list of currently installed programs, click Norton AntiTrack, and then click Uninstall or Change.
Click Yes to confirm.
When the uninstall finishes, exit all programs and restart the computer.
Reinstall Norton AntiTrack.

Before you follow the below steps, ensure that you close your Norton application, if it is already opened.
Scroll down and right-click on the Norton application icon and click Move to Trash or Move to Bin.
When prompted, type your Mac administrator account password, and then click Ok.
In the window that appears, click Uninstall.
When prompted, type your administrator account password, and then click Install Helper.
Click Restart Now.
To fix this issue, make sure the Norton AntiTrack extension is installed and enabled on your browser.
If the issue persists, refresh the browser page and try again. Also, restart your browser and check if the Norton AntiTrack icon shows up. Follow the steps below to restart your browser:
On your Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser, click the Close icon on the top-right of the screen.
Launch the browser again.
If the issue is still not resolved, uninstall and reinstall the Norton AntiTrack extension from your browser.
Launch Google Chrome.

In the pop-up that appears, hover over Extensions and click Manage Extensions.

Click Manage Browsers on the left side of the Norton AntiTrack screen.
On the Manage Browsers screen, next to Google Chrome, click Enable Protection.

Launch Norton AntiTrack app.

On the Firefox Add-ons screen, next to Norton AntiTrack, click Add to Firefox.
In the pop-up that appears, click Add.
Launch Norton AntiTrack app.
Click Manage Browsers on the left side of the Norton AntiTrack screen.
On the Manage Browsers screen, next to Safari, click Enable Protection.
On the Safari Extensions screen, next to Norton AntiTrack, click Get.
If the issue is still not resolved, uninstall and reinstall Norton AntiTrack.

Launch Norton AntiTrack.
Click Go to Dashboard on the bottom-left corner of the screen.
In the Dashboard screen, check if an email mask has been created for the website.
