If you experience browser or connectivity issues, a threat on your computer may be causing the problem. To fix it, we recommend that you first run the Norton Autofix tool. Then, if your issues remain unresolved, run advanced scans with Norton.
Follow the steps in each section below to resolve the issue.
Open your Norton device security application.
Next to Device Security, click Open.
Click Help, then select Get Support.
Norton Autofix automatically detects and resolves issues related to the installation of your Norton application or any services that may not be running optimally.
Click Close.
If the problem persists, follow the instructions in the section below.
Note that these settings will make the scans take longer to run, depending on your computer's speed and the number of files being scanned.
Your browser and connectivity issues should now be resolved. If your problems persist,contact Norton Support.
