The Norton AntiTrack app may incorrectly show that the Norton AntiTrack extension is installed in your browser, even when it is not installed, or vice-versa.
To fix this problem, follow the below steps:

If the problem continues, please follow the next steps:
Launch Norton AntiTrack.
On the Norton AntiTrack home screen, click Settings on the bottom-right corner of your screen.
On the Settings screen, click Sign Out.
Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
In the Run dialog box, type in the following text, and then press Enter:
appwiz.cpl
In the list of currently installed programs, click Norton AntiTrack, and then click Uninstall or Change.
Click Yes to confirm.
When the uninstall finishes, exit all programs and restart the computer.
Reinstall Norton AntiTrack.
