Manage your in-app purchases from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

When you have subscribed to a standalone plan with Credit Monitoring through an in-app purchase, you can only change or cancel your subscription settings from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

If you subscribed to a LifeLock plan through your employer or other partner you will need to manage your plan through that channel.

Activate with Identity Verification

To activate your Credit Monitoring services, we need to verify your identity with the appropriate credit bureau.

To verify your identity, we use a combination of:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Social Security Number

  • Date of Birth

Failed to activate Credit Monitoring

Identity Verification can fail in certain situations:

  • Incorrect personal information details

  • Credit files do not contain enough data for verification

To re-verify please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the iOS or Android Identity app,

  2. Tap on Menu

  3. Select the Activate Credit Monitoring option to retry Identity Verification.

Cancel your subscription

To cancel your subscription that you purchased through in-app purchase, please visit:

Uninstalling the LifeLock Identity app from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must change or cancel your subscription settings in the respective store.
