If you no longer use the Norton service, you can delete it at any time from within the following apps:
Norton 360
Norton VPN
The Delete My Account option allows you to request deletion of your Norton account and personal information permanently. This process is irreversible. It will also disconnect the subscription from all devices associated with this Norton account. You lose all your Norton protection settings and past activity reports. If you still have an active Norton product subscription, you will need to close that subscription prior to deletion.
Depending on your product, choose one of the following:
Launch Norton VPN.
Tap Account on the bottom-right corner of the screen and tap About.
In the About screen, tap Delete My Account.
In the prompt that appears, click Open Portal.
In the Sign In screen, enter your credentials and sign in to your Norton account.
In the Norton account screen, under Privacy Options, click Delete My Data.
You will receive an email after you submit the form from the Privacy Team. Follow the instructions in your email.
You need to manually uninstall the Norton VPN app from all of your devices after you cancel your subscription to delete your Norton account.
Launch Norton 360.
Tap Account on the bottom-right corner of the screen and tap About.
In the About screen, tap Delete My Account.
Tap Delete My Account and tap Open Portal.
In the Sign In screen, enter your credentials and sign in to your Norton account.
In the Norton account screen, under Privacy Options, click Delete My Data.
You will receive an email after you submit the form from the Privacy Team. Follow the instructions in your email.
You need to manually uninstall the Norton 360 app from all of your devices after you cancel your subscription or delete your Norton account.
