This problem has been fixed in the latest version of Norton Family. Make sure that you have the latest version of Norton Family installed on your device.
If the problem persists, depending on your device, select one of the following.
Open Firefox.
On the top-right corner, click the Open menu icon, and click Add-ons and themes.
On the Extensions tab, click Norton Family.
If Norton Family shows as disabled, move the slider to enable the extension.
Close and relaunch Firefox.
Open Google Chrome.
On the top-right corner, click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon, and then click Settings.
In the Settings page, click Extensions.
In the Extensions page, next to Norton™ Family, move the slider to enable the extension.
Close and relaunch Google Chrome.
From the Home screen, go to Settings.
Under Personal, tap Security, and then tap Device administrators.
Next to Norton Family, make sure that the check box is checked. If it is unchecked, tap it to enable Device Administrator for Norton Family.
From the Home screen, navigate to Settings > Accessibility.
Under Services, tap Norton Family Accessibility Service.
Next to Norton Family Accessibility Service, move the slider to turn it on.
Tap OK to confirm.
