Access your Norton account

You create an account when you purchase or install your Norton product. You can manage your subscription, find your product key, activate subscription renewal, or access other services from your account.

If you do not have access to your old email or if you did not receive the password reset email, contact Member Services and Support for assistance.

Access your account

  1. Go to my.Norton.com and click Sign In.

    If you do not have an account, you can create one using your email address, Apple ID, or Google email. You can also link your existing account with Apple ID or Google email.

  2. Type in your username/email address and password, and then click Sign In.

    If you have created or linked your account with Apple ID or Google email, click Do you want to try our new sign-in? and complete the sign-in process.

  3. If you see a screen that asks you to choose the account, click Continue next to the account to which you want to sign in. You see this screen if:

    • You have multiple accounts with the same username but different password.

    • You use your Norton username on your LifeLock account or vice versa.

  4. If you have set up two-factor authentication, enter the code that you received and click Verify.
