Sign in to your Norton account

You need to sign in to your Norton account to do the following:

  • Activate your product

  • Access your backup

  • Access or create your cloud vault

  • Manage your subscriptions

  • Reinstall Norton products by using your product keys stored in your account

  • Buy storage to add more space for your cloud backup

To access your account, enter your Norton account email address and password, and then click Sign In.

If you have opted for the two-factor authentication to access your account, you have to use the verification code in addition to your password. For more information, see FAQ: Two-factor authentication for your account.

If you are unable to sign in, you either entered an incorrect password, or you entered an email address that has no Norton account associated with it.

Before you create a new account, see the information below to check if you already have an account.

  • If you have installed or activated a Norton product, you most likely have an account. As part of the installation or activation process, you need to create one by providing your name, email address, and a password.

  • If you purchased a product from Norton.com or renewed a Norton product subscription you were asked to provide your name, email address and a password, and an account was created for you.

  • If you signed up for Norton Family or Norton Safe Web, you may have an account. But, ensure that this account also has the Norton Security license associated with it.
