An account is created in Norton for you when you make a purchase from the Norton Online Store, or when you register your product during activation. For Norton Small Business products, an account is required only for the account owner, refer I do not know if I have a Norton account.
You can sign in to your Norton account to:
Download the latest version of your Norton product.
Retrieve your product key.
Manage your subscriptions.
Manage your Automatic Renewal enrollment.
