To fix this error, clear the app data and cache for the Norton 360 mobile app, and activate it. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the Norton 360 mobile app.
Go to Settings > Apps & Applications.
In the list of applications, tap Norton 360.
Tap Storage & cache and then tap Clear cache.
Exit Settings.
Launch Norton 360.
Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In.
From the home screen, tap and hold on the Norton 360 app icon, and then move it to the Uninstall option at the top.
On your Android device, launch Google Play Store.
Search for Norton 360, and select the Norton app from the search results.
Tap Install.
When the installation finishes, tap Open.
Read and accept the License and Services Agreement, acknowledge our Global Privacy Statement, and then tap Sign in.
Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In.
