Error "The product key entered is not valid for this product. (-2012)"
To fix this error, clear the app data and cache for the Norton 360 mobile app, and activate it. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the Norton 360 mobile app.
Clear the app data and cache for Norton 360

Go to Settings > Apps & Applications.

In the list of applications, tap Norton 360.

Tap Storage & cache and then tap Clear cache.

Exit Settings.
Activate Norton 360app

Launch Norton 360.
- Tap Sign In.

Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In.
What if this didn't work?
Uninstall Norton 360 app

From the home screen, tap and hold on the Norton 360 app icon, and then move it to the Uninstall option at the top.
- In the confirmation alert, tap Ok to remove the Norton 360 app from your device.
Remove your device from your Norton account
- Sign in to your account.
- On the top-right corner of the page, hover over My Account and click My Subscriptions.
- Find the plan that you want to manage.
- Under that plan, click Manage Devices.
- In the pop-up window, choose the mobile device that you no longer use, and click the bin icon.
- Click Remove to confirm.
Install Norton 360 app

On your Android device, launch Google Play Store.

Search for Norton 360, and select the Norton app from the search results.

Tap Install.

When the installation finishes, tap Open.

Read and accept the License and Services Agreement, acknowledge our Global Privacy Statement, and then tap Sign in.

Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In.
