¹Business Tech Support is available only for Norton Small Business Premium account owners in US and UK. The annual subscription includes five support tickets for non IT-related issues per year. Apart from these countries, Business Tech Support may be available with some of our telco and other partnerships.

Business Tech Support provides comprehensive IT support, from simple network and device setup to diagnostics and troubleshooting. The service is compatible with Windows PC, Mac, iOS, Android, simple networks, printers (PC and Mac), scanners (PC and Mac), and digital cameras (PC and Mac).
Computer Tune Up: Tune up your computer to help keep it optimized and running at peak performance.
Device setup: Installing or setting up a new mobile or peripheral device (printer, scanner, digital camera, etc.)
Network setup: Help with the basic network setup, allowing the sharing of data over a network and configuring network printers.
Software support: Help with troubleshooting common software issues.
Helping ensure that applications like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Mail, and Mac Mail launch and run correctly, and that the configuration is enabled to send and receive email.

Any operating system other than those mentioned in the System Requirements.
Server support.
Data recovery from hard-drives or removable drives.
Support for software versions which are not final releases (i.e. Beta versions of software).
Support for pirated versions of any software.
Hardware issues, not related to software/drivers.
Any IT, application or hardware related training or providing courses.
Domain or password resets.

No, these 5 issues are only related to third party product help. Business customer support for Norton products or help with virus removal does not have a specific number of queries.
Minimum system requirements
To receive the service, a high-speed internet connection and the following system requirements are required. Some devices may not be able to receive services even if your connection seemed qualified or your device's environment suitable.
Customer must have administrator-level access to the device.
Windows™ operating systems
Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 (all versions) except Windows in S Mode and Windows running on ARM processor.
Mac® operating systems
Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
Android™ operating systems
Android OS version 6.x or later (must have the Google Play app installed).
iOS operating systems
iOS version 7 or later.
