This problem can happen if an older version of Norton Family profile is installed on your device. To fix this problem, remove and reinstall the Norton Family profile on your iOS device.
From the Home screen, go to Settings, and then go to General.
Tap Profiles & Device Management, and then tap Management Profile.
Tap Remove management and then tap Remove management again to confirm.
If you see a prompt, enter your passcode.
Launch the Norton Family app.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
