Fix an incorrect seat count in your Norton subscription after reinstalling Norton 360 app for iOS

Due to iOS limitations, you may see an extra seat added to your Norton subscription after you uninstall and reinstall Norton 360 for iOS. To fix this, remove an iOS device that is not in use from the My Norton portal.

Remove Norton from a device that is no longer in use

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. On the top-right corner of the page, hover over My Account and click My Subscriptions.

  3. Find the Norton plan you want to manage.

  4. Under that plan, click Manage Devices.

  5. In the pop-up window, choose the device that you no longer use, click the bin icon.

  6. Click Remove to confirm.

You may see more than one iOS device with same name. If your device is connected to the Internet, the status is 'Online', and the device is part of your active subscription. You can remove the other device that is shown as 'Offline'.
