This document provides the steps to disable or opt out of the Norton Automatic Renewal service for your product to prevent future automatic billing and renewal. You may need to follow these steps if you have got a new Norton product and need to disable the service on a previous product which you no longer use.
If you disable Automatic Renewal service on your current product, remember to manually renew your subscription when it expires or risk losing your Norton protection. If you have already been charged and want a refund, read Requesting a Norton Automatic Renewal refund.
Go to Norton Management to disable the Norton Automatic Renewal service.
Sign in to Norton with your email address and password.
Under Automatic Renewal, next to the Norton product for which you want to disable Automatic Renewal, click .
When you receive the prompt, click.
Your Norton product prompts you to manually renew the subscription when it expires next time.
