You can report issues that are encountered with your Norton product to Norton to help us improve our products.
Open your Norton device security product.
On the left pane, click Settings.
Click the Troubleshooting tab, next to Report a problem, click Send Report.
Type a brief description of your problem, and add any comments that may help, such as steps to reproduce the problem, information on when exactly the problem occurs, etc.
If you want to report an existing issue, type the support Case ID that you received from us.
Click Send.
