Generally, when you enroll in a monthly subscription, you will be automatically renewed each month so you will not have to worry about manually renewing. But if you either cancel your subscription or your payment on file does not successfully get charged, you will not be automatically renewed. If there's a bill failure, you will receive billing notification emails reminding you to renew manually or update your credit card.
Monthly billing will be offered initially for Norton VPN as a pilot.
We may be expanding monthly offerings to our other Norton products in the near future.

At this time, the only way to convert your Yearly subscription to monthly billing would be to cancel your existing annual subscription and place a new order with monthly billing.

You qualify for a refund if you cancel and call Member Services & Support within 14 days of the first paid month of your subscription. After the first paid month of your subscription, there is no refund on subsequent paid renewal months.
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay with monthly billing.
Monthly billing confirmation emails and receipts will not be sent out on a monthly basis. You will receive a confirmation email following your initial first month's purchase only and in subsequent months you will see monthly charges on your credit card statement. However, you may go to your account to view your past monthly or annual billing receipts.
Currently, no upgrades within monthly billing are possible. We will need to cancel your order, place a new order for the upgraded product and ensure that your subscription is enrolled in monthly billing.
Monthly billing is not available for products with add-ons at this time. At the moment monthly billing is only available for Norton VPN. In the future, we may make it available for additional products.

The next billing date is one month from the purchase date. This is a fixed billing date every month. In case the date (29th, 30th, or 31st) does not occur in the billing month, the renewal date will be the last day of the billing month.
The monthly cancellation policy is different than yearly. You can cancel your monthly billing subscription at any time without penalty. You will not receive a pro rata refund if you cancel mid-term on any months already paid but you will be able to continue to use your subscription until the end of your paid billing cycle.
