When you sign in to Norton VPN, you may see one of the following error messages(sometimes with a different number):
Error: Server Error: Server error Occurred...". Please try again later. (1)
Error: Server Error: Server error Occurred...". Please try again later. (1000)
Error: Server Error: Server error Occurred...". Please try again later. (5000)
To fix this problem, change your network connection region on the Norton VPN app.
Connect to different VPN region manually and try to access the website. To change the VPN region, follow the steps below:
Depending on your product, choose one of the following:
Open Norton VPN on your desktop.
On the Norton dashboard, do one of the following, depending on your VPN plan:
Norton VPN Standard: Click Connection > Change Location, then select a different country or city from the drop-down list.
Norton VPN Plus/Ultimate: Select a different country or city from the drop-down list.
You can also use the search box to find a country or city to connect.
The Recent section lists the most recent VPN regions you have connected to.
To choose a specific city, click the drop-down list present next to the country.
Open Norton 360.
On the Norton dashboard, click Privacy on the left side of the window.
In the Privacy window, under Secure VPN, click Open.
In the Secure VPN window, under the Connection tab, click Change Location.
In the Change VPN location window, select a different country from the drop-down list.
Depending on your product, choose one of the following:
Open Norton VPN on your desktop.
On the Norton dashboard, do one of the following, depending on your VPN plan:
Norton VPN Standard: Click Connection > Change Location, then select a different country or city from the drop-down list.
Norton VPN Plus/Ultimate: Select a different country or city from the drop-down list.
You can also use the search box to find a country or city to connect.

To connect to a specific city, tap the three dots next to the country.
Launch Norton 360.
At the bottom of the main screen, tap Menu, then tap VPN.
Tap the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen, then select a different country from the list.
Depending on your product, choose one of the following:
Launch Norton VPN.
On the Norton VPN screen, tap the drop-down list present at the bottom of the screen.
On the Change your location screen, select a different country or city from the drop-down list.
You can also use the search box to find a country or city to connect.
The Recent section lists the most recent VPN regions you have connected to.
To choose a specific city, tap the three dots next to the country.
Launch Norton 360.
Tap the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen, then select a different country from the list.
If the issue persists, depending on your device, do one of the following:
Exit Norton VPN from your device.
Uninstall Norton VPN.
Restart your Android device.
Open and sign in to Norton VPN.
Exit Norton VPN from your device.
Uninstall Norton VPN.
Restart your iOS device.
Open and sign in to Norton VPN.
