Unable to sign in to my Norton account due to Captcha on Norton Apps appearing partially

We want to do everything in our power to help keep your account safe, which is why we use a combination of security technology. One of the ways we can help protect your account is by using technology like Captcha to help verify that a real person, and not a bot, is trying to access your account, and this helps us to defend your account from bad actors should they attempt to sign in.

When you’re trying to sign in to your Norton Account on your Norton or LifeLock mobile or desktop apps and you are prompted for a captcha that appears partially, try any of the following steps.

  • If you are trying to sign in to your account from a Norton or LifeLock mobile app, please pinch and zoom out to readjust your Captcha until you can see the whole image to select your choices and tap Verify.
  • If you are trying to sign in to your account online using a web browser, please reduce your screen resolution or the browser zoom size.
  • In case, you find it hard to get past the Captcha, please select the choice for requesting an OTP on the sign-in screen.

This is only applicable if you are trying to sign in to your account from a Norton or LifeLock mobile apps or apps installed on your PC and Mac for products or services such as Norton Family, Norton VPN, Norton Security etc.
