You can update your credit card information by signing in to your account.
When your subscription is due for renewal, and if the credit card information in your account is outdated, we send you a notification to update your credit card. You can also update this information by clicking on the notification.
If you see a message that "We are not able to process changes to your credit card information", then it could be due to some regulations implemented by the regulatory bodies. In such cases, to renew a subscription, please proceed to norton.com/renewal.
"Update successful" message is displayed when you save the changes, and a notification email is sent to your registered email confirming the changes.
For Japan:
If your order number starts with APXXXXXXXX or NPXXXXXXXX or if you have Norton 360 Standard Plus, follow the steps above to change your billing information.
If your order number starts with SY, visit here to change your billing information. You will need your "original order number" and the email address that was used when you ordered.
*Your original order number is in the email we sent at the point of the first purchase completion.
