This problem can occur when a user disables their protection on a specific device or seat via the My Norton portal. To resolve this problem, activate your Norton product again.
Open your Norton device security product.
In the Norton product window, click Activate Now.
When you are prompted to sign in to your Norton account, enter your email address and password, and then click Sign In.
Click Next to continue.
If you do not have an unused license, you may need to transfer the Norton license from a device that you no longer use or upgrade your subscription. For more information read, Transfer your Norton protection from one device to another device.
