To fix this problem, refresh and retrieve your license information in Norton 360 app.
From the Home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.
From the Home screen, launch the Play Store app.
In the top-right corner of the screen, tap on your profile icon, and then tap Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Check if your Norton subscription is listed and displays the correct status.
If your subscription does not display the correct status, contact Norton Support.
