Fix incorrect subscription status of Norton 360 app purchased from Google Play Store

Applicable for: Android;iOS

To fix this problem, refresh and retrieve your license information in Norton 360 app.

STEP 1

Retrieve license information

  1. From the Home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

  2. At the bottom of the main app screen, next to You have an existing purchase from Google, tap Apply to activate your Norton 360 app.
STEP 2

Check your Norton subscription status on Google Play Store

  1. From the Home screen, launch the Play Store app.

  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, tap on your profile icon, and then tap Payments & subscriptions.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Check if your Norton subscription is listed and displays the correct status.

    If your subscription does not display the correct status, contact Norton Support.
