Configure settings for Norton VPN on mobile devices

Each mobile device has a unique advertising ID which may be used to track your details like name, address, and age. For subscription made through in-app purchase on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Microsoft Store

If you subscribed through an in-app purchase, you can manage and change your subscription settings only from Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store.

Uninstalling the Norton app from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription, nor does it stop your subscription from automatically renewing. You must change your subscription settings on the respective store.

Norton VPN Trial

The Norton VPN trial from Apple App Store or Google Play Store requires a payment method and the activation of an annual paid subscription through an in-app purchase. A charge for the annual paid subscription is initiated at the end of your trial period.

To cancel the trial before any charge occurs, you must cancel the subscription before the trial period ends. If your annual paid subscription has already started and been charged, you must cancel the subscription through the respective store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
