Get the Norton Screen Care loyalty offer

Norton Screen Care Protection Plan is available at no extra cost. You must be enrolled in a qualifying automatically renewing subscription.

Subscription details:

• As long as you are enrolled in a qualifying auto-renewing subscription, the Protection Plan ("The Plan") is provided at no cost to you for a single device and protects against one covered failure during the term of your subscription. This loyalty offer may be changed or removed at any time.

• You must download the app and register a device to The Plan within your qualifying subscription term, and at least 60 days before the term's end. Coverage is subject to a 30 day waiting period.

• The Plan coverage is provided by Northcoast Warranty Services, Inc. and will reimburse the cost of device repair in the event of a covered failure. The Plan is designed to provide reimbursement for the cost of repair of registered device screen in the event of a covered failure. This is not an insurance policy. The Plan specifically excludes coverage for loss, theft, vandalism, water damage (see Norton Screen Care coverage for coverage information and exclusions). The Plan is not available or valid in Florida and Wyoming.

Your Protection Plan must be activated within the term of your qualifying subscription and your phone must be registered at least 60 days prior to the term's end (e.g., if your subscription is expiring on Jan 2, 2021 you should activate the Protection Plan and register your phone by Nov 3, 2020, or 60 days before your subscription expires).

No, Norton Screen Care Protection Plan is not transferable to another phone. Check the Protection Plan for further information.

Once you activate your Protection Plan and register your phone, your phone screen is protected for the term of your qualifying subscription and automatically renew when your subscription automatically renews. Your Plan documentation shows your coverage start and expiration dates. You will receive this information by email and can view anytime through the Norton Device Care app.

1. Download the Norton Device Care app on the phone you want to protect.

2. Follow the instructions in the Norton Device Care app to activate your coverage.

3. Your Protection Plan is created and your phone details are added.

To solve this issue, add a phone number to your account.

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Click your name at the top-right corner and click Account Settings.

3. Next to Name, Address and Mobile Phone, click the Edit icon.

4. Update your Mobile Phone Number and click Update.

If you received an activation email from Norton LifeLock, be sure to login using the same email address the activation email was sent to. If problem persists, contact Member Services & Support.

If you have not received an activation email from Norton LifeLock yet, just hang tight! We send you an activation email once you are eligible to register your phone for the Protection Plan. You are eligible after your qualifying annual subscription renews through automatically renewing subscription for two consecutive years.

Sign in to your account from my.Norton.com and check if automatically renewing subscription is activated.
