Norton AntiTrack displays Setup Required message on dashboard after installation

After installing Norton AntiTrack on your computer, you may see the Setup Required message on your Norton dashboard or on your Norton portal.

This issue occurs if the Norton AntiTrack extension is not installed on all supported browsers. To fix this issue, you need to install the Norton AntiTrack extension on all supported browsers.

Before you install the extension, ensure that your browser is up-to-date.

  1. Open Norton AntiTrack.

  2. On the Norton AntiTrack window, next to the browser in which you want to install the extension, click Manage Browsers.

  3. On the Manage Browsers window, next to Edge, click Add Extension.

  4. Depending on your browser, do one of the following:
    • Google Chrome: On the Chrome Web Store, next to Norton AntiTrack, click Add to Chrome.

    • Microsoft Edge: On the Edge Add-ons page, next to Norton AntiTrack, click Get.

      For Microsoft Edge, the Norton AntiTrack browser extension works only from version 88 or later.

    • Mozilla Firefox: On the Firefox Browser Add-ons page, next to Norton AntiTrack, click Add to Firefox.

  5. In the confirmation screen, click Add or Add Extension to install the Norton AntiTrack extension.
