In some cases, you may experience issues with your Norton 360 app on your Windows device not displaying correctly. To resolve this issue, run Norton LiveUpdate and restart your computer.
Open your Norton device security app.
On the left panel, click Security.
In the Security window, in the LiveUpdate section, click Open.
In the Norton LiveUpdate window, click Update Now or Check Now.
When Norton LiveUpdate finishes, click Done.
Run LiveUpdate until you see the message, "Virus definitions are updated".
Exit all programs and restart the computer.
Your Norton 360 app should now display correctly on your Windows device.
