You can update or add your financial accounts, mailing address, and other personal information at any time by signing into your account. Dark Web Monitoring monitors this information on the surface, deep, and dark web and notifies you when your information is found online. To stay secure online, keep this information up-to-date.
You can add credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Other cards, such as retailer cards or gift cards, are not supported.
Sign in to your account.
Depending on your subscription, do one of the following:
If you see the My Norton page, click the Monitored Info tab.
If you see the Member Portal page, click the Manage Account tab.
In the Personal Information section, do the following:
To add or change personal information, click Add or Update next to the corresponding field and update the necessary information.
To remove information from monitoring, click Update next to the corresponding field and select Remove next to the item that you want to stop protecting.
In the Financial Accounts section, under Dark Web Monitoring, do the following:
To add an account or a credit card, click Get Started or Update next to the corresponding field. Add the required details and then click Save.
Major credit cards can be added. Other types of cards, such as retail store cards or gift cards, are not currently supported.
To remove an account or a credit card, click Update next to the corresponding field and click Remove next to the item that you want to stop protecting.
Sign in to your account.
On the Dark Web Monitoring page, do the following:
To add personal information, click the personal information you want to manage and enter the required details.
To update or remove information from monitoring, select the personal information you want to manage. Click Update or Remove next to the item you wish to modify or stop protecting, then confirm the change.
For security reasons, you are unable to view or update the accounts for your whole household through your own account. Each account holder needs to sign into their own account in order to view or update their information. You can only update the information on your individual account.
We require separate online accounts for each adult member because of the sensitive personal information included in each member's account. As it’s critical to store personal information safely, we share it only according to our Privacy Policy.
