NOTE: Once unpaired, the router will no longer have HomeShield Pro protection. You can pair it again later or connect a new device.
- Sign in to your Norton account.
- Under HomeShield Pro Powered by Norton, click Unpair.
- In the confirmation window, click Unpair.
