Clear file IDs excluded during scans
When you run a scan, Norton excludes the files that are added to Scan Exclusions. If you want Norton to scan all the files on your computer, you have to clear the file IDs.
Clear IDs of the files that are excluded during scans

Start Norton.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click .

In the Norton main window, click

In the Settings window, click .

In the Antivirus settings window, click the Scans and Risks tab.

Under Exclusions / Low Risks, in the Clear file IDs excluded during scans row, click .

In the Warning window, click .
