End-of-Support announcement for Norton apps on iOS 12.x or earlier versions

Starting June 21st, 2021, devices running iOS 12.x or earlier will no longer receive any new product, service, or security updates for the Norton 360 app, and starting January 23, 2023, devices running iOS 12.x or earlier will no longer receive any new product, service, or security updates for Norton Family.

iOS 13.x and above provide system updates that allow us to deliver high-quality products, services, and security for our customers in future releases. Therefore, Norton 360 app and Norton Family will no longer support any new releases and updates for iOS 12.x or earlier versions.

You can continue using the Norton 360 app and Norton Family on your current version of iOS. However, you will not be able to update your apps to the newer releases that include product and service updates and security fixes, if you have an iOS 12.x or earlier version.

To find the version of iOS installed on your device, from the Home screen, tap the Settings icon and then tap General > About.

For the best experience, we recommend that you update your iPhone/iPad operating system to the latest available version.

To update iOS to the latest version, from the Home screen, tap the Settings icon and then tap General > Software Update. If an update is available, tap Install Now to download and install the update.
