Perform the following steps to check if the model is supported by Norton Family.
The steps to turn on Battery Optimization may vary depending on your device make and the manufacturer. For more information, refer to the help documentation provided by your device manufacturer.
From the Home screen, launch Settings.
Go to Battery & Performance > App battery saver.
Select Norton Family, and then tap Battery Saver.
Go to Settings > App > Permissions.
Tap AutoStart.
From the list of installed apps, locate Norton Family to the list, and make sure that Autostart is turned on.
If Autostart is turned off, next to Norton Family, tap the status indicator to turn it on.
Restart the device and check for the issue. If any of the required app permissions are not green, then the device is not supported.
Wait for 24 hour and check the app permission. If Time Supervision and App Supervision are not working, then the device is not supported by Norton family.
