Currently, our infrastructure supports only IPv4. However, we are working towards adding support for IPv6. In the mean time, we recommend that you disable IPv6 on your device. For more information, read: Disable Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) on your device. To fix this issue, reset the network adapter and TCP/IP stack.
Depending on your product, choose one of the following:
Open Norton VPN.
At the bottom-left corner of the screen, click the Account option.
Click Sign out.
Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
Type in the following text, and then press Enter.

In the Command Prompt window, type the following and press Enter:
netsh winsock reset
When the Winsock reset is complete, the message "Winsock reset completed successfully" appears in the Command Prompt window.
In the Command Prompt window, type the following and press Enter:
netsh int ipv4 reset
If you use IPV6, type the following command and press Enter:
netsh int ipv6 reset
Exit all programs and restart your computer.
Open Norton VPN.
Click Sign-in.
If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall Norton VPN app.
Click the Norton VPN icon in the system tray.
Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
Type in the following text, and then press Enter.

In the list of currently installed programs, select Norton VPN, and click Remove or Uninstall.
Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall Norton VPN.
To reinstall Norton, read Download and install Norton VPN.
Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
Type in the following text, and then press Enter.

In the Command Prompt window, type the following and press Enter:
netsh winsock reset
When the Winsock reset is complete, the message "Winsock reset completed successfully" appears in the Command Prompt window.
In the Command Prompt window, type the following and press Enter:
netsh int ipv4 reset
If you use IPV6, type the following command and press Enter:
netsh int ipv6 reset
Exit all programs and restart your computer.
Depending on your product, choose one of the following:
Open Norton VPN.
Click the Account icon on the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Click Sign-out.
Click Quit Norton VPN from the settings menu .
Restart your Mac.
Open Norton VPN.
Sign-in with your Norton account.
If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall Norton VPN.
Open Norton 360.
Run LiveUpdate.
Exit all programs.
Restart your Mac.
Open Norton VPN.
Tap the Menu icon on the top-left corner of the screen.
Tap Log Out.
Tap Yes in the confirmation screen.
Quit the Norton VPN app that is running in the background.
Launch the Norton VPN app and sign-in.
Turn On VPN.
Switch to a different WiFi network or Mobile data.
If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall Norton VPN app.
On the home screen, navigate to Norton VPN.
Tap and hold the Norton VPN icon until you see the Uninstall option.
Click Uninstall to remove the app from your device.
On the home screen, tap and hold on to the Norton VPN icon until it jiggles.
In the top-left corner of the app icon, tap X.
Tap Delete to confirm.
