Fix "No License Available" for Norton ID Advisor and Norton ID Advisor Plus - Japan

"No License Available" appears when using third-party logging (Apple)

This happens when you create a Norton account, hiding your email address: Ex - XXXXXXX@privaterelay.appleid.com

You will need to change the email address to your original email address without hiding the characters

  1. Log in to your Norton account.
  2. On the homepage, click Edit profile.
  3. Under Contact Information and Password, click on the pencil symbol to change your email address.
  4. Uninstall and then reinstall the app from your device.
  5. Sign in to your account with the updated email address.

You will be able to use the product.

"No License Available" appears when using a private browser

  1. Switch from a Private browser to a Start page.
  2. Log in to your Norton account.

You will be able to access the licence and agreement page.
