Fix "No License Available" for Norton ID Advisor and Norton ID Advisor Plus - Japan
"No License Available" appears when using third-party logging (Apple)
This happens when you create a Norton account, hiding your email address: Ex - XXXXXXX@privaterelay.appleid.com
You will need to change the email address to your original email address without hiding the characters
- Log in to your Norton account.
- On the homepage, click Edit profile.
- Under Contact Information and Password, click on the pencil symbol to change your email address.
- Uninstall and then reinstall the app from your device.
- Sign in to your account with the updated email address.
You will be able to use the product.
"No License Available" appears when using a private browser
- Switch from a Private browser to a Start page.
- Log in to your Norton account.
You will be able to access the licence and agreement page.
