Norton subscription placed though Bank Transfer order not received

Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer is a payment method accepted on select Norton.com sites for a limited number of countries. This payment method lets you submit an order and then wire funds to our payment processor Global Collect for your purchase.

When you submit your order, you receive instructions to submit your payment on-screen and by email. After your payment is received and processed, you receive another email with instructions to obtain the product you have purchased. Allow up to two weeks for payment processing.

I want to check the status of my order

You can check your order status by going to your Norton account. For detailed instructions, read Check the order status of your purchase from Norton.com.

Some common Bank Transfer order statuses and their meanings:

  • Closed - Your payment has been received and your order is complete. Your subscription has been updated and you can download your product.

  • Refunded - Your order has been refunded.

I have submitted my payment but still haven't received my confirmation email

Bank transfer orders can take up to two weeks after payment is submitted before the order is completed. If you have still not received your confirmation email after two weeks you can check your order status by going to your Norton account. For detailed instructions, read Check the order status of your purchase from Norton.com.

If your order is Closed, you can download or retrieve the necessary order information from your Norton account. You should have also received your confirmation email. Check your inbox and your spam folders for an email with the following details:

  • Sent from: Norton Store [orders@mail.norton.com]

  • Subject: Norton Store - Order Confirmation for Order #NPXXXXXXX (your order number)

If you submitted your payment over two weeks ago, then contact Member Services & Support with your proof of payment.
