Remove a mobile device to stop receiving Mobile Unlock notifications

Norton Password Manager lets you remove a mobile device that currently receives Mobile Unlock notifications. After you remove the mobile device, you will no longer be able to unlock your Norton Password Manager vault using that device.

Removing the mobile device from manage device does not uninstall the Norton Password Manager Mobile app from the mobile device.

Remove a mobile device to stop receiving Mobile Unlock notifications

  1. Click the Norton Password Manager browser extension icon.

  2. In the Norton Password Manager page, under Set up your Web Browser, click Next.

  3. Sign in to your account.

  4. In the Unlock your vault screen, sign in to your Vault and click Unlock Vault.

  5. In the Norton Password Manager browser extension, click Open Web App and click Settings.

  6. In the Settings page, click Manage Devices.

  7. In the Manage Devices page, click Remove Device for the device that you want to remove from the list.

  8. Click Continue to remove the device from the list and click Done.
