View the messages that you receive from Norton

Norton sends you email messages to keep you informed about the latest offers, announcements, and products updates. Some of these messages are also sent to your inbox, also known as Message Center, that you can access on your account or product.

The messages may include information about your account and subscription, expiry reminders, availability of new updates, latest threat information, information on how to stay protected from new threats, special offers, and promotions.

Access Message Center from your account

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. At the top-right corner of the My Norton page, click the icon.
  3. In the Inbox page, click Messages to view a message.

  4. To delete a message, select the message and then click the trash icon.

Access Message Center on Windows

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. In the Norton product main window, click the icon.

    You can also access Message Center by right-clicking Norton present on the system tray on your desktop.

    You can also view the messages by clicking the drop-down list next to your email address on the top-right corner of the Norton main window and selecting Message Center.

  3. In the Message Center window, click the message that you want to read.

  4. To delete a message, select the message and then click .

Access Message Center on Mac

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. In the Norton product main window, click Message.

  3. In the Message window, click the message that you want to read.

  4. To delete a message, select the message and then click the delete icon.

    To delete multiple messages, you can use Shift-click or Command-click to select multiple messages and click the delete icon.

Access Message Center on Android

  1. From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

  2. In the top-left corner, tap the menu icon , and then tap Inbox.
  3. Tap the message that you want to read.

  4. To delete the message, tap the delete icon at the top-right corner, and then tap Delete.
