Uninstall Norton device security from your Norton account
You can uninstall Norton device security from your managed devices. If you use an older version of Norton, you cannot uninstall the service remotely from your Norton account until you upgrade to the latest available version.
After you uninstall Norton from your device, you can use the same product key to install the Norton device security on another device. You can install and use the service on any device only for the number of days remaining for your subscription. For example, you have 100 days of subscription remaining and you uninstall the service. In this case, you can install the device security and keep your new device protected for 100 days.
Ensure that your device is connected to the Internet when you attempt to uninstall a Norton service using your Norton account.
If your device is not connected to the Internet, Norton completes the uninstall process when the device connects to the Internet.
