Find the receipt for your Norton purchase

Applicable for: Android;Mac;Windows;iOS

You can find your Norton product's receipt, order number, and other details by signing into your account.

If you obtained your protection through a service provider or it was preinstalled on a new computer, it may not appear on this page.

Find the receipt

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Under Order History, click the Order Number to view the order details.

  3. Click Receipt to view the receipt.
    You can now download or print the receipt. 

Receipt for automatically renewing subscription charge

The confirmation email that you received for automatically renewing your subscription is the receipt for your purchase. Check your inbox or the spam folder for the confirmation email. Your confirmation email contains the necessary tax information and order amounts.
To know the subscription renewal status for each active protection, sign in to your account and visit the My Subscriptions tab. For some regions, you can also find the renewal status on your account dashboard.

For Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan

If your order number starts with APXXXXXXXX or NPXXXXXXXX or if you have Norton 360 Standard Plus, follow the steps above to locate the receipt.

If your order number starts with SY, visit the below link to locate your receipt. You will need your order number and email address or phone number that was used when you

You can locate the receipt by clicking Locate online receipt after logging in.

You can find your order number in the emails received from Norton:

  • The subject of the email is "Norton Order #NP***** purchase completed"
  • The subject of the email is "Automatic renewal service, notification of billing completion". Check the section [Order number at the point of Automatic renewal enrollment] SY********.

Taiwan Unified Invoice

  • In the Taiwan eStore cart page for Norton Small Business, you can select either consumer or company purchases.
  • You will receive a Unified Invoice via email upon purchase only for consumer purchases.
