To resolve this problem, restart the computer and then run backup.

STEP 1

Restart the computer

  1. Exit all programs.

  2. Restart the computer.

STEP 2

Run Backup

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. In the Norton product main window, double-click Backup.

  3. Click Run Backup.
