You may have problems updating Norton 360 for iOS if your iPhone or iPad has an old iOS version. To fix this, update your device to the latest version of iOS.
Make sure that you are connected to the Internet.
On your iOS device, go to Settings > General, and then tap Software Update.
Tap Download and Install.
To continue, tap Install.
If prompted, enter your passcode.

If the problem persists, go to Step 2.
From the Home screen, launch Norton 360 for iOS app.
Tap Internet Security .
Next to Safe Web, move the slider to Off.
From the Home Screen, launch App Store.
At the top of the screen, tap your profile icon.
Next to Norton 360, tap Update.
Wait for the app download to finish.
