Remove Norton Family when uninstall does not work

Uninstall of Norton Family may fail if some of the program files of Norton Family are missing or accidentally deleted. To fix this problem, download and install the latest version of Norton Family. During the installation, current installation files of Norton Family are automatically removed.

Download and run Norton Family Installer

1. Sign in to your account.

2. On the Child's profile, click Add Device.

3. Click Add New Device.

4. Choose Windows and then click Next.

5. Select Yes and then click Download Norton Family App.

6. When the download finishes, double-click the file that you downloaded.

7. Norton Download Manager starts the download for Norton Family. When the download finishes, installation start automatically and uninstall the current installation of Norton Family.

8. Click OK when the installation complete.
