Message: "Norton Safe Web Extension wants to use your confidential information stored in 'Norton Service' in your keychain" when using Norton Safe Web

Click the App Store icon in the Dock to launch the App Store.

In the left pane, click Updates.

From the list of installed apps, find the Norton Safe Web or Norton Safe Web Plus app, and then click Update.

If the problem persists after updating the app, go to Step 2 to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Click the Finder icon in the Dock to be in the Finder.

In the left pane, click Applications.

From the list of applications, right-click Norton Safe Web Plus or Norton Safe Web app, and click Move to Trash.

Start Safari.

From the Safari menu, click Safari Extensions.

In the App Store window, search for Norton Safe Web or Norton Safe Web Plus.

In the downloaded app, click Get, and click Install App.

Enter your Apple ID credentials and follow the on-screen instructions install the app.
