Norton AntiSpam incorrectly tags some of my emails as Spam

적용 가능: Windows

This problem may happen if the sender's address or domain is accidentally added to the Blocked List.

If you cannot find the sender's address or domain in your Blocked list, we recommend that you add it to the Allowed List of Norton AntiSpam.

These steps are for the current version of Norton products. If you have an older version or if you do not know your product version, go to Norton Update Center.

Remove the sender's address or domain from the Blocked List

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. In the Settings window, click AntiSpam.

  4. On the Filter tab, next to Blocked List, click Configure.

  5. In the Blocked List window, select the item that you want to remove, and click Remove.

  6. Click Apply, and then click OK.

Add the sender's address or domain to the Allowed List

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. In the Settings window, click AntiSpam.

  4. On the Filter tab, next to Allowed List, click Configure.

  5. In the Allowed List window, click Add.

  6. In the Add Email Address window, from the Address Type drop-down, select the address type.

  7. Add the name and address of the sender, and then click OK.

  8. In the Allowed List window, click Apply and OK.
