Message:"Unable to launch Norton AntiTrack" appears on Norton AntiTrack app

This problem can occur when you are not able to launch Norton AntiTrack on your computer. To fix this problem, uninstall the reinstall the Norton AntiTrack app.

Uninstall Norton AntiTrack

1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

2. In the Run dialog box, type in the following text, and then press Enter:

   appwiz.cpl

3. In the list of currently installed programs, click Norton AntiTrack, and then click Uninstall or Change.

4. Click Yes to confirm.

5. When the uninstall finishes, exit all programs and restart the computer.

6. Reinstall Norton AntiTrack.
