Exit all programs.
Restart your computer.
If the problem persists, delete the Windows temporary files and reinstall your Norton product.
Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
Type in the following text, and then press Enter.
%temp%
The current user's Temp folder opens in Windows Explorer.
On the Edit menu, click Select All.
Press Delete.
If you are asked to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
After you delete the Windows temporary files, reinstall your Norton product. Read Download and install Norton AntiTrack.
